The most effective exercises to facilitate our gluteal muscles:
From : Gluteal Muscle Forces during Hip-Focused Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Exercises (Collings et al 2023) This study aimed to compare gluteal muscle forces in eight hip exercises performed with and without external resistance. Gluteal muscle forces were increased by varying amounts when adding 12RM external resistance (this is the max amount of weight a person can lift for 12 repetitions before experiencing muscle fatigue and being unable to complete another rep.)
