Our Accredited Sports Dietitian is trained to help you separate fact from fiction and give you practical advice to achieve your optimal self. Dietitians are trained to give food and nutrition advice to help improve your general health, or tailor plans for specific sporting activities.


During your initial appointment, our Accredited Dietitian will talk through any medical conditions, symptoms you would like to resolve, work/family/training commitments, body composition goals and health/nutrition goals. We will then go through your current eating patterns.

Using this background information, we will provide strategies to help you achieve your goals and a meal plan to get you started.

Opening Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8am - 8pm
Friday: 8am - 6pm
