Our Accredited Sports Dietitian, Katie McKean is trained to help you separate fact from fiction and give you practical advice to achieve your optimal self.

Dietitians give food and nutrition advice to help improve your general health or tailor plans for specific sporting activities.

During your initial appointment, Katie will talk through any medical conditions or symptoms you would like to resolve, work/family/training commitments, body composition goals and health and nutrition goals. She will then go through your current eating patterns. With this background information, Katie will provide strategies and a meal plan to help you achieve your goals.
