Tessa has completed VM1 to VM4 which are run through the U.S based Barral Institute.
In 2011 Tessa set up the Physio @ Black Rock as a sole practitioner. She then joined forces with Sarah Golding and they moved their growing practice to Sandringham. The practice is now a multidisciplinary clinic which offers a wide range of specialities.
Tessa has in the past been a state level squash player and has run several marathons. This has meant that she has a special interest in biomechanics, training advice and injury prevention.
When she is not working, Tessa loves spending time with her husband and three daughters and also loves her time out running on the beach tracks.
