Sarah graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1994. She has practiced extensively in sports physiotherapy since graduating, broadening the breadth and depth of her practical experience by working in a variety of sports at a state and national level including netball, football, baseball, soccer, triathlon and rugby. Most recently Sarah was physio to two netball teams at the Pan Pacific Masters Games (whilst also competing!).
From 2000 Sarah worked for a period of time in Occupational Physiotherapy and Injury Management. This has seen her become specialised in ergonomic assessments, ergonomic and manual handling training and return to work services.
Sarah returned to clinical work in 2011 and since then her special interests include orthopaedic injuries, spinal / sports physiotherapy, concussion management, facial needling and Pilates. Sarah has also recently been trained to deliver the GLA:D program for hip and knee Osteoarthritis.
Sarah has been a Bayside resident all her life and outside physio she enjoys time with husband and three children, running, netball, catching up with friends and going to the beach!
