BERALDO
Myotherapist
Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy)
Dana holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Myotherapy) from Torrens University and is a qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor. With a strong personal passion for strength training, Pilates and yoga, she brings a practical understanding of movement, rehabilitation and performance into every consultation.
Having worked within multidisciplinary healthcare settings, Dana takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to treatment. She tailors care to each individual's goals, combining hands-on therapy with education and exercise strategies to support long-term recovery and injury prevention.
Dana utilises a range of treatment techniques including soft tissue therapy, dry needling, joint mobilisation, cupping and targeted exercise prescription. She believes empowering patients with knowledge and practical tools is key to helping them regain confidence in movement and return to the activities they enjoy.
Inspired by her own experiences with injury and pain, Dana developed a strong interest in helping others navigate similar challenges. She has particular interests in chronic pain management, sporting injuries, neck pain, back pain and headaches, and enjoys supporting patients to improve function, build resilience and achieve lasting results.
Outside the clinic, Dana enjoys hiking, camping, creative projects and spending time with family, friends and her bulldog, Maeve.
