Kylie is an APA Titled Sport and Exercise Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor with over 25 years of experience. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1994 and Master of Physiotherapy (Sports) in 2006, both at La Trobe University. She has completed additional study in Clinical Pilates through Polestar Pilates and Dance Medicine Australia.

 

She spent several years working in the AFL as a club physiotherapist with the North Melbourne Football Club and has worked as a consultant to the Australian Ballet. Kylie has also worked internationally in the UK, Singapore, and more recently, the Philippines.

 

As a former national-level gymnast and member of the Australian Junior Gymnastics Team, Kylie developed an early interest in movement and injury rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in lower limb injuries, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and is skilled in pointe shoe assessments for young dancers.

 

Kylie enjoys helping people of all ages and activity levels return to their best movement and function, with a focus on identifying the root cause of injury and combining evidence-based treatment with a holistic, individualised approach to rehabilitation.
