In 2019 Olivia also completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy.
Olivia has worked within successful sports teams including rugby union and soccer, at both local and regional levels. As a result, she has a keen interest in sports-related injuries and exercise rehabilitation. She also enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions including lower back pain, pre/post-operative rehabilitation, lower limb injuries, tendon management and injury prevention.
Olivia is passionate about helping clients achieve their health goals and return to their sport or recreational hobbies. She will use a mixture of education, rehabilitative exercises, including Pilates, and various manual therapy skills to achieve specific and goal-oriented results.
Outside of work Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, getting outdoors, running around Bayside or finding the next best brunch spot!
